At Carbonyte, operated by Aahar Trading Co, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping time is 5-6 days from the date of order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, courier delays, or weather disruptions may extend this timeframe.

We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are committed to delivering your order in the shortest possible time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-6 business days after dispatch.
Unexpected Delays: In case of courier service disruptions, high order volumes, or unavoidable circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected. If this happens, we will keep you updated via email or SMS.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.
For international shipping (if applicable), charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can check your order status anytime by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Delayed / Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@carbonyte.in with your order details.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.
