Exchange & Return Policy

At Carbonyte, operated by Aahar Trading Co, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of order placement directly from the “Orders” section of their account.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original tag and packaging intact.
• If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the refund or exchange request will be declined.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • If a customer cancels the order within this timeframe, and the order is prepaid, the refund will be initiated immediately and credited within 5-6 business days.

• After 24 Hours of Order Placement:

  • If the order is not yet shipped, we will initiate the refund upon cancellation, which may take 10-15 business days to process.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow the return process after receiving the product.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed as follows:
  • Prepaid Orders (Canceled within 24 hours) → Refund credited within 5-6 business days.
  • Orders Canceled After 24 Hours (Before Shipment) → Refund processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Returned Items (After Delivery) → Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

1. To initiate a refund or exchange, customers can go to the “Orders” section in their account and select the item they wish to return or exchange.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach relevant images if required.
3. Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
• We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet our return conditions.
